Shipping Policy
Shipping Area:
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
- We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at the moment.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you wear! If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate Returns:
- Email us at editsbytinasamuel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
Return Shipping Fee:
A $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges:
- Please email us at editsbytinasamuel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- We currently do offer exchanges, however please bear in mind that we very quickly run out of stock , so there’s a high possibility that we may have to go for a refund instead of an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos at editsbytinasamuel@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
