Shipping Policy

Shipping Area:

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
  • We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at the moment.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate Returns:

  1. Email us at editsbytinasamuel@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
  3. We’ll process your refund to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.

Return Shipping Fee:

A $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

  • Please email us at editsbytinasamuel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • We currently do offer exchanges, however please bear in mind that we very quickly run out of stock , so there’s a high possibility that we may have to go for a refund instead of an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos at editsbytinasamuel@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
